Delivery

• P&P is £3.95 on orders up to £10.00, £4.95 on orders up to £30.00, over £30.00 P&P is Free.
• For European and international orders (including Southern Ireland) please contact us prior to placing your order for shipping costs.
• Delightful Occasions aims to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Orders received after 5pm are deemed to have been received by us on the following morning. Orders received after 5pm on Friday are deemed to have been received by us on the following Monday morning. If there is going to be a delay in dispatching your goods (e.g. a large part of your order is out of stock), we will let you know and advise you of the expected dispatch date. We will email you and let you know when your order is ready to dispatch.

The delivery address that you provide MUST be one where someone is there in the daytime to receive the parcel. This will ensure that deliveries are made without problems. Although parcels may be left in a place around your property nominated by you, this is at your own risk.

City Link will attempt delivery to the address given twice only and will try neighbours either side only if that is your instruction. Please remember that neighbours go out too. If City Link cannot deliver or leave safe per instruction, it is up to the customer to collect their parcel from their City Link depot. Re-direction to another address or a third delivery is chargeable to the customer at cost which is currently £5.00 plus VAT. This also applies where customers give incorrect address details such as an incorrect postcode.

If they are unable to deliver or leave safe, City Link keep parcels for 5 working days only before returning them to us. In this case the cost of the return (£5.00 + VAT) will be deducted from the refund due to the customer. The same parcel will not be resent but goods will need to be re-ordered.
Whilst we endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, there may be times when items are out of stock when we receive your order. Your order may be delayed if items are not in stock. Some items may be unavailable and Delightful Occasions may not be able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.

• If part of your order depends upon the availability of one or more other items, please advise us of this.
• We will contact you for advice should availability be a problem.
• The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.
• Title to any product ordered will pass to you once Delightful Occasions has received payment in full for that product. Risk in any product ordered will pass upon delivery to you.
Returns
• You may withdraw from the contract at any time but no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product by:
a) Sending the notice of cancellation by email to info@delightfuloccasions.co.uk within 24 hours ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number;
or
b) Where you have already received the goods, returning the goods to Delightful Occasions unopened together with the original invoice. Delightful Occasions will refund you the full purchase price of the goods but not the postage costs.

• Once Delightful Occasions receive the goods in the condition that they were in when delivered to you, any sum debited to Delightful Occasions from your card/ paypal in relation to your order will be re-credited to that card/paypal account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.
• You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to Delightful Occasions. Delightful Occasions reserves the right to make a 15% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at its sole discretion.
• In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Delightful Occasions shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Delightful Occasions of the problem in writing within 7 working days of delivery of the goods.
If you ordered incorrectly or want replacement goods for returned items, this will be regarded as a new order and as such should be made through the website in the usual way which will include postage and packing at the standard rate.

When returning goods, it is your responsibility that they are packed so as to avoid damage in the post as goods must be received by us in a re-saleable condition. If any returns received are not in a re-saleable condition, we may only refund you 50% of the retail value of the goods.

Die-cuts are a made to order product and cannot be returned.

Downloadables are non-refundable as they are in PDF.

We cannot guarantee the suitability of any of our products for a specific purpose therefore customers are asked to make their own tests before making any large orders. We cannot exchange or refund any money on items that have been used.
